Option 1 (Chocolate Log) - A delicious chocolate sponge cake layered with chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries, covered in a chocolate mousse,  decorated with fresh berries and festive decorations.

Option 2 (Snowflake Log) - A delicious vanilla sponge cake filled with lemon curd and fresh raspberries, covered in a vanilla buttercream, decorated with snowflakes and festive decorations.
